"Amazing service by all staff!"

We attended the Gastroenterology outpatient clinic yesterday and found all the staff helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. After a very thorough review by the Consultant I was advised I needed a procedure and the waiting list clerks would be waiting for me. I walked round the corner and that was correct, I was greeted and offered an appointment the next day!

When attending the Endoscopy Department, I found it very friendly and clean. The pre op nurse was very calming for my nerves. I was in and out very quickly. Excellent service delivered by dedicated and proud staff.
