"Failure to communicate"

About: St Austell Health Group

Doctors ask for blood tests, no reasons given. Following blood tests no result ever communicated, twice. Turn up for blood test, "wheres the urine sample ?" - never asked for one. Turn up for blood test, nurse does not know why one is required, as nothing on notes. Get routine prescription to be told by chemists that I need another blood test. 5 in 4 months.
