"Parking fine - appalling practice - sharks!!"

went in for an emergency appointment and wasn't reminded about the practice of signing my car in should I be there for more than 1 hour. I was so ill that I didn't read the signs either. This has resulted in a fine. I have appealed but the appeal has been overturned and now I have a £170 fine due to the time elapsed. These people are sharks! I am moving to a different Doctors surgery who don't make money out of their ill patients.....
