"Absolutely terrible experience "

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

I attended A &E after suffering severely crippling lower abdominal pain for 7 days which progressed over night to continuous pain. The lady I saw at A &E didn’t even look up at me to talk to me, offered me no pain relief, didn’t ask about the level of pain score and literally told me a n e was too busy for my kind of pain. I have ovarian cysts, she didn’t even discuss this with me. I was sent to the urgent treatment centre where no tests were completed and I was just given a months worth of pain killers. I have now been up all night with agonising crippling pain and have had to make a further appointment at my gps as I am now unable to sleep or walk due to the pain. Shocking service and would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Honestly do not know why we pay national insurance to receive such a low level of service
