"Treated like a king throughout"

Yesterday I had an endoscopy procedure at the Day Surgery unit at Crosshouses Hospital.   

It was a really good experience and it was managed so well that I had no pain whatsoever.  I felt like I was treated like a king throughout.  I had an overnight stay all the staff in day surgery and the recovery ward were kind, attentive and informative.  They made sure that I knew what was happening.  

The meals were really nice also.

I was pleased also that results were good and that my bowel and intestine were normal.

Had good information from the team about what to do the night before with the medicine that they had sent through and what the clinical procedure was, what was happening and why.
