(as a service user),

Started using weed + alcohol at 14. Realised I had an addictive personality very quickly. Went on to using more serious drugs very quickly. Go onto using legal highs (spice) was left with an addiction that lasted 5-6 years on and off with periods in between where I would use other substances such as cocaine, vallium etc.

I then went on to have a chaotic year using crack & heroin heavily and I eventually ended up in prison. I have since come out and remained clean and I am now moving to Birmingham to a recovery program and to stay clean off drugs & eventually help others in addiction.
