"Amazing staff in very stressful situation "

Having been referred to AandE with our 86 year old mother I would like to thank all the staff we came into contact from the receptionist who greeted us at reception to the matron who attended to our mother’s care in a and e and the attentive staff in Majors A who were under extreme pressure on a extremely busy day who nothing was too much trouble. Having spent 12 waiting for a bed before being transferred to toEAU who again were amazing I would like to say a special thank you to the nurse from Mayors A on the night of Monday 25November who then took the time at the end of her shift to go to the ward to see how our mother was and call us in the morning.Thank you
