"Constantly Disappointed"

I’ve had continuously negative experiences with this practice to the point where I’ve just moved to another Doctors surgery. It’s incredibly difficult to get an appointment and even when you manage to get one, waiting times are often up to an hour. The reception team are, for the most part, unhelpful and rude and several of the Doctors don’t listen to your concerns and fob you off. I’ve gotten to a point where I've gone elsewhere and paid for private appointments in more recent months and moved surgeries as I no longer trust this practice or feel comfortable attending. Don’t be misled by the large, bright and open surgery - it’s the only nice thing about this place.
