"Helpful visit"

I would like to acknowledge the thoroughness and professionalism of the GP I saw recently at the Leap Valley medical practice. I was seen on time, met with courtesy and understanding, and came away feeling I had been really listened to and my issues resolved. I also felt I was in a safe environment. Given the constraints and the pressure that practitioners work under, I don’t take this for granted, but sincerely appreciate my GP’s care.
