(as a service user),

I got to confirm my appointment online, which I could do all through my phone which was great and saved me time. I could also check in on a screen when I arrived rather than having to queue.

My appointment was at the weekend. This meant I didn't have to miss work to attend.
The lady who did my ECHO, Julie, was efficient, professional, reassuring, caring, kind and ran on time. It all made for an excellent experience and I felt confident in my care. Thank you.
