"First Class Service"

I would just like to express my appreciation and admiration for the first class service provided for looking after my husband Bill yesterday. First the telephone receptionist referred me to the living well team who subsequently arranged through crisis care for an occupational therapist and twice daily home visits.They alerted Medequip who delivered a hospital bed and other equipment that meant Bill could be moved downstairs- a huge help for me. In fact the whole system worked so smoothly and efficiently , I was amazed. The first two visits have made Bill much more comfortable .

I appreciate that these visit arrangements are an emergency fix and i will try to get something else set up as soon as i can. Please convey my thanks to the teams involved-I no longer feel so much like a headless chicken running around in circles!
