"Inadequate care"

I attended the doctors with 2 issues first that I was having issues with my knee and secondly my nose the doctor said "what do you expect me to do about it" with reference to my knee and the nose I was ttold it was rhinitis. I thought that after 10 days of trying to get an appointment that the doctor would actually give a toss and my nose is NOT rhinitis l do do not appreciate being talked down do and dismissed out of hand I wanted help but obviously I'm unlikely to get it at your surgery
