"The worst surgery"

I don't know how this place is still open. The receptionists are the worst i have ever encountered, they are rude and don't like giving appointments out.

They have been hired based on relations not on their knowledge or experience.

The receptionist taking my call abruptly & in a harsh voice and doesn't seem to care 1 bit and only seems interested in trying to diagnose the problem to get you off the line.

I was told that my kids were not surgery's problem.

I was referred by 111 even though I was interrogated by the receptionist.

I think ill be using a different practice from now and I would not recommend this practice to anyone if am honest.
