About: Whitworth Hospital

We phoned to see if our neighbour was still on Oakes ward, and asked if we could take our little Bichon frise in as she is a therapy dog, and the neighbour absolutely loves her to visit when she is at home, we were welcomed with opening arms, such a wonderful friendly, hospital. Thank you all so much, you all do a marvellous job. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🐾🐾 xxx

The Nursing Team and staff on Oker Ward at Whitworth Hospital would like to personally thank you for taking the time to share your positive experiences in relation to how we welcomed your dog onto the ward to visit your neighbour. We continually strive to deliver the best possible individual care to all our patients and are delighted that you felt your experiences were positive ones.
