"I feel reassured"

(as a service user),

My key worker, Beth, helps me to pay my bills I don't have the confidence to ring up to do this and I get really confused and stressed out if I do it on my own.   It's really good to know I can call Beth when I need help.   Since leaving hospital, I have managed to keep up with my payments which is a big relief.   I feel reassured to know that Beth is there to help me with any issues in my flat.
