"Cannot see a GP"

I understand that the use of different technologies is essential in improving services. However it is impossible to book a GP appointment now, with GPs at this practice diagnosing or prescribing medication over the phone or through email.

I have had ongoing issues which cause my extreme tiredness and dizziness and am unable to talk to a GP face to face as receptionists keep referring you back to online services, slowing down the process of speaking to a doctor by 5 days at a time, during which I find it difficult to get out of bed, causing me to be unable to function properly.

It is ridiculous that you are unable to see a GP at a GP practice!
