"Prescriptions"

My son re-registered in the summer after returning from Surrey uni he suffers from epilepsy of which he takes medication. He has had alot of problems getting this over past few months as the surgery persist in sending his meds to a chemist in surrey ???? He doesn't live there anymore do the staff not check these things on the computer ? Yet again my son has to phone the chemist in surrey to get them to cancel it & ask the chemist here to do it ..... this is not a good service very unhappy
