"smiling staff, chaotic place"

Such a chaotic atmosphere in Croydon receiving area. Patients complaining and shouting. A lady kept saying "a radiographer will speak with you" .... say what? can't she just tell how far behind? One particular staff gives a smile whilst getting his patients and smiles to others in reception like me. I was hoping he will call me next because I got a good impression about him. Somebody called me however it's a different staff. what surprised me was this smiling staff was my radiographer! he was oh so jolly! I felt like I want to do my MRI again and again as he was just so entertaining. I think he is is in the wrong place or career, feels like he's a comedienne and historian too! I got his name and to my shock seems like a celebrity but I can't mention here or even describe as per rules.
