"Brilliant Service"

I was recently referred from my GP to Elmbank for minor surgery. I received a call during the day and the receptionist was very warm and helpful. She told me how to get to the service and helped me through booking a slot. Upon arrival I was seen by a male doctor (sorry I don't remember his name). I cannot express how open and willing to help he was. He took me through the issue and gave me the options of how we could move forward. I expected to be seen for a review and have to come back. But although it was late, he told me he would do it then and there. The procedure was quick and he was upbeat and appracoahble throughout. He offered me support if I had any issues with aftercare, even through I am not with the service. I wanted to say what a credit this service is to the NHS and even through things are difficult in this climate they seemed to want to do as much as they could for you.
