want to say a big thank you to the staff on g5 especially the health care assistance went above and beyond to help all the patients on the ward.took the time to make sure myself and a elderly lady in the next bed was comfortable and took the time to chat and make us feel at ease.also I want to thank the theatre staff who reassured me and I was treated with dignity and respect.i had gone in heartbroken after having a miscarriage and they took the time to listen to my worries and gave me time to make decisions in such a hard circumstances on the best treatment.

it's a shame I cant say the same for some of the nurses they discussed my miscarriage loudly so other patients could hear and didnt take the time to check if I was ok.Also the scannning lady downstairs scanned me,told me the baby had died and told me to go back to the ward no time to process what had happened or get myself together I left the scanning room in tears and deeply upset having to walk back Into a room full of expected mothers all happy for there scans.i believe this could of been handled differently.

The healthcare assistants and the theatre staff should be praised for there outstanding patient care when they are under pressure and still taking time to be there for the patients.
