"Somebody please answer the phone"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I am currently waiting in a telephone queue to be answered. When I rang it said there was one person ahead in the queue. Yet over 1 hour and 10 minutes later I am still waiting.

The previous time I called I had to wait over 45 minutes in a queue.

What is going on!?
