About: Adult Mental Health Services - Community (City) / City East Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

(as a service user),

I have had no end of trouble from the Stonebridge Centre. My first contact with them they gave me a months supply of sleeping tablets when I was suicidal. During my 1 review the consultant psychiatrist wouldn't question what they thought my diagnosis was and now they've discharged me without an official diagnosis. They wouldn't listen to what I was saying and was making up symptoms to fit Borderline/Emotionally Unstable Personality disorder. They wouldn't see my mood tracker (didn't even ask for it)

And now, without an official diagnosis, I've been discharged. I 'm not getting the NICE guidelines rules for treatment. My GPs are annoyed and confused by they report as well.

I am really sorry to read that you feel no further forward in understanding your mental health diffciuties and have now been discharged from our services. I hope you feel able to make contact with me in order that we can look at this in more detail. I would hope that we can find a resolution that is going to be helpful to you and your future self management of your mental health needs whilst also providing guidance to your GP as to how they can best support you in the future.

I look forward to speaking with you in more detail so I can liaise with the psychiatrist you saw. I am confident that they would be only too happy to provide you with further information and interpreatation of your symptoms.
