"Great team!! "

I have an impending operation and have been to my pre op assessment. I was told verbally that my operation is scheduled for 28 or 29 November but I'm yet to receive confirmation. I've been really anxious and stressed as I really need to get this op done asap. I've called the gynaecology department a number of times to follow up but I understand that they are waiting for the theatre to open before sending confirmation. It is frustrating not knowing whether or not the surgery will take place then but my interaction with the gynaecology department has been nothing but amazing. The staff are helpful, empathetic and just lovely. They are really good at following up and considering how many times I've called, they've been so patient and understanding. Great team! Keep up the good work! (5 out of 5 stars from me)
