"Fantastic Nurses"

I wanted to leave a quick review to outline the excellent treatment I received during a routine smear test with two practitioners at the surgery. As a new patient to the practice, I received a warm welcome and had my previous medical history checked. I had the opportunity to ask questions, and had the procedure clearly explained to me, before it began. What can on occasion, be an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience, felt normalised and comfortable. I was confident in the practitioners knowledge and at all times felt that they had my best interests in mind. Thank you for a positive experience.
