Since I've had Simon as a key worker I have been really motivated to sort myself out because he understands the 'score' and has been such a positive influence that I also feel that total abstinence is my ultimate goal.   I also enjoy the acupuncture sessions and will be coming to most relevant groups.   I also feel much more positive about the future.

Thank you for your recent post and positive feedback. I am delighted that you have received the appropriate support and understanding from Simon to enable you to get motivated to address your issues and that you have also been able to set a goal to work to towards abstinence. I'm also glad that you find acupuncture helpful to you.
