About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 4 - was admitted recently for investigations, now just waiting for transport to take me to another hospital. I have been kept informed of my planned care and the staff communicated well with me. Ward is clean, domestic staff always busy cleaning.
