"Everything went so smoothly"

I was booked in for minor outpatient operation at NHS Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert to have a skin Biopsy and everything went so smoothly that I would like to praise the skill, efficiency and organisation of David and Lauriann, the staff who attended to me. I was actually in and out before my actually appointment time. Everything was very well explained by David and after I was shown back to the waiting room by Lauriann. I felt the service was very personalised and that both David and Lauriann took a pride in their work and delivering and good service.
