"My daughters care"

(as a service user),

My daughter was seen in a and e and I can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough. They where great with her through all assessments. Talked to her and completely put her at ease and made the experience an extremely pleasant one. They made her smile and giggle despite her initially being scared of them wanting to examine her. They turned every assessment in to a fun game for her. Brilliant service provided and great people skills x

Hi there, what a fantastic review for our Children's ED team! Coming into hospital can be a nerve-wracking time for our little patients, so we're happy to hear that our colleagues put your daughter at ease and made her experience 'extremely pleasant.' We're very proud to have such amazing staff who do a fantastic job making our younger patients 'smile and giggle' and we're sure that they'll be delighted to read this.
