Hi my husband has received excellent care at heartlands but the whole experience has been completely let down by the 5 hours + wait for his medication. There seemed to be absolutely no communication between the department and we were given different information by everyone. You do a fantastic job on the whole but this system really needs streamlining ,when you have been told you can go home ,that is what you want to do, to then wait over 5 hours (and we are still waiting!!) It leads to very frayed tempers and the poor staff on the receiving end are not the ones responsible for this poor service
