"Absolutely horrendous "

About: Heartlands Hospital

I checked in at A&E at 11:30 in the morning on the 17/11/2019, after my assessment I then was seen over 5pm by the actual doctor she then referred me to the ambulatory department, waiting again till 8pm when the department closed I then was transferred to another ward (20) to wait to be seen by a doctor I was waiting till 10:45pm! No sign of a doctor, I asked and the nurse told me the wait would be hours till they even see me. I then was waiting till 1:15am till I decided to leave!! As a Chrons and Colitis patient I was suffering in pain and discomfort on the chairs for nearly 13 hours !!! I’m appalled no words just absolutes stunned at the level of care shown.
