"My grandson tripped and fell"

(as a parent/guardian),

On a Saturday evening, my grandson tripped and fell in the garden whilst on an overnight visit.   He hurt his hand quite badly and I sought medical advice from NHS 24.   The call to NHS 24 was handled professionally and warmly and resulted in a visit to Forth Valley hospital in Larbert.   The experience was smooth, professional and caring from start to finish.
