"Terrible! They disconnect the phones"

This place is a disgrace of a place! they disconnect the phones in the morning! I have been trying since 8 o'clock this morning and all I get is "line busy", for nearly an hour now! Usually when the phones are operating they put you on hold and tell you you're x in the queue... Today (and it's not the first time) the phones are just not working, I have no means of booking my 7mth old baby, who has nearly 40degrees temperature, to see a doctor. The receptionist don't do their admin jobs. It's not the first time and there has been more similar situations.
