"Great service"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Went with my unwell daughter who was admitted to ENT via A&E for quinsy following a GP referral. Was seen first in A& E by nurse practitioners before being admitted to the ward for treatment. We would like to thank the staff in A&E and the ENT ward for looking after her and for the great care received. They were kind, friendly, professional and efficient, and she was kept well informed of anything that needed doing at every stage.

Many thanks to the lovely nursing and medical staff

I am sorry to hear that your daughter was admitted to Queen Alexandra Hospital.

I'm sure this must have been very worrying for you and your family and I would like to thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience at the Emergency Department and the ENT Team. I am sure this will help to reassure others who may need to come in for treatment there.
