The practice has always seen my children quickly when I’ve been worried about them and I’ve been appreciative of this. Recently, I called the duty doctor as I was concerned about my baby. The practice stayed late for the dr to see her straight away and arranged for her to be admitted to hospital to rule out sepsis. She did have a bacterial infection and we are grateful for the quick action from the practice and the smooth transfer between primary and secondary care.
