"They told us we were wasting their time"

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

We phoned 111 for advice and they sent us straight down to out of hours. The receptionist was lovely but the nurse we saw told us we were wasting their time and to go home and that we were very lucky to get an urgent appointment.
