"Caring professionals while on the other side"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

As a health professional, I had a procedure in day surgery during the week. It was amazing and made me feel so proud to see and hear such wonderful caring behaviours from all the staff I encountered from the receptionist, nursing, support, anaesthetic and surgeon staff.

I also witnessed these caring bahaviours to all the other patients in the unit that day and especially to one gentleman who required that little bit extra support.
