"Absolutely amazing!"

I had elective csection booked on 22nd of October due to baby being in breech position.

From the first moment in the morning when i arrived for procedure every member of staff made me feel so at ease. I was very nervous and scared, its my 1st baby, but midwifes that were on that morning shift were absolute angels.

Then followed by few other lovely staff anaesthesiologists and obstetricians that came to speak to me before op were absolute stars too.

It all happened so quickly and stress free, i arrived at 7.30am for procedure, and by 9.31am i had my beautiful Baby delivered safely:))

All staff at ward 11 and in op theatre were amazing, did absolutely amazing job, im still so very surprised what a great experience i had. I kept thanking everyone during procedure and after:)) one of midwifes was also great at taking pictures for us and video, i still looking at it and enjoying every moment.

When we were discharged and got back home, me and my other half ordered bucket of beautiful flowers to be delivered to ward 11 as Thank you:)) I hope they’ve received it !!!

Absolutely amazing team!! When we’ll decide to have baby no 2 we will definitely be back to Queens Burton hospital. Also may i also add, staff at neonatal reception (and sonographers) are also amazing !!!! THANK YOU!!!
