"Amazing "

Today (16/11) I visited the MIU with my 16 year old. My son has some additional needs, but these are not obvious - both the receptionist and the nurse were amazing with him when he became stressed & seemed to know instinctively how to handle him to get him to engage with treatment - the nurse even persuaded him (through some reverse psychology) to have the swelling lanced. I was incredibly grateful - he would have walked out otherwise & of course within minutes he was saying ‘this feels so much better now’. Thank you!
