Saw the pain management consultant within 6 weeks of referral. Was impressed with the time the consultant had to spend with me, referred for an mri scan and got a call the same day offering me an appointment within 3 working days. Super impressed at the efficient service, felt like I had gone private. All the staff in the hospital were friendly and helpful.

I also visited an inpatient on the third floor whilst three and again staff were helpful and the hospital was spotlessly clean. I had my appendix out 30 years ago at Queen Mary’s and I was impressed at how this building had been refurbed.
