"Poor service "

Absolutely disgusted with the service I was shown by this practice, the receptionists I saw were kind and helpful and couldn’t fault but the service provided by the doctor was appalling, being told that “I have 7 other patients to see” and then I asked a simple question of is there chance of getting tests done at hull (currently a student, but I don’t mind coming back to scunthorpe because up until now I have had no problem with this GP) and the way he implied me to move practice was disgusting, the way he spoke, telling me I’m a medical student so I should know better. Yes, I am a medical student and we are taught to show compassion and empathy towards patients and the doctor i saw did not show this towards me. I got the impression that I was a burden and not taken seriously and to add I waited over an hour when I was told the waiting time was 20 minutes. Overall I will not be returning to this practice.
