(as the patient),

I had a blocked ear with wax and had ear suction with a private company in Lincoln, a few days later I had fluid coming from my ear that smelt awful, I put up with this as I was going away on my holiday. When I returned back to the UK, I made an appointment with my doctor, they did not like the look or smell of my ear, a swab was taken of my ear and the doctor told me she was going to call the ENT dept at Pilgrim & would call me back that morning,

The hospital called & made me a appointment for that afternoon, When I arrived the ENT department a doctor seen me straight away & examined my ear, he took me to a side room and treated my infected ear, This was a great service great doctor, always asking if I was ok, a Fantastic nurse, all staff was great.

I am really glad to hear that the care you received in the ENT department was of a high standard.
