"No appointments "

I rang Monday morning waited 1 hour 40 mins before my call was answered. Lady on end of phone said 1 ailment to 1 visit. I needed 3 things had to go on E consult and apply for a sick note which I am still waiting for, I was given an appointment for 11.50 for an ear infection, I spoke to the nurse practitioner about a sick note she said sorry you need a dr to signed it,. I came in to day to pick up my sick note which I really needed yesterday to be told it might be ready tomorrow it’s a joke. On E consult it. Says the surgery will be in contact by 6.30 the next day, 2 days later not heard a dickie bird.
