About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I waited 6 months (longer than max wait time) then had my appointment cancelled 2 days before.

The new appointment was arranged for an ungodly early hour on Christmas eve which I could not attend because my carer was unavailable.

However, this is an improvement on last time because they cancelled and never remade the appointment. Despite phoning everyone even the surgeon's secretary.

If possible avoid.

If not, be prepared to sit for an hour or two in the waiting room.
