I am totally disgusted with this surgery . Told they would come out to do a flue jab on Monday for a house bound person with no transport and still have not turn up yet . Rung up on Tuesday 3 times to see where they where and was given excuses after excuses . They can’t even ring to say that they are not coming . We are know on Friday four days after they we supposed to come out . I know that doctor are very busy but they could ring to say that they are behind with calls . But to hear nothing from them .

We responded to your comment couple of times already but due to technical reasons it was not published hence replying again.

Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.

It's always difficult to respond to the comments that were posted anonymously. We work extremely hard to provide the best possible care to all of our registered patients.

We believe we investigated the issue soon after you published it and explained to you clearly the circumstances why you did not get the visit on the day. you missed our first two rounds of house bound flu injection rounds and it's difficult to stick to the time scales the third time especially when we were dealing with significantly increased work loads.
