My daughter had an unintended visit to Manchester Royal Infirmary A & E last Saturday 9th November, she was celebrating her birthday in Manchester.
Unfortunately she had a fall in the street, banging her head. She was brought in by ambulance, given the very best of care and attention, I was called about 11:45pm (her Dad) by the paramedic whilst the ambulance was on its way to the hospital.
I arrived 20 minutes after her arrival, she was monitored and then eventually she had a precautionary CT scan and all proved ok.
She was put on a drip which made her feel so much better.
By 6am we went home.
Her care was exemplary and I want this note to be passed on if possible to the staff that were working A & E that night.
Please send mine and my daughter heartfelt gratitude for the care and attention and professionalism your staff showed that night.
Best Wishes
"Exemplary care my daughter received"
