"Appalling."

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

Went to A&E with son who had nasty cuts to leg, still bleeding into cling film which had been applied around leg as "first aid".

Trouble parking, where to park for A&E is not obvious in the dark, no visible short-term spaces to allow someone to be takin into A&E before paying for parking.

Disinterested receptionist required names, addresses, phone numbers before anything else. No triage on entry. No-one looked at the wounds. Waited for 3 hours with no further staff contact.

Left in absolute disgust, wounds cleaned, sutured and dressed elsewhere.

What a digrace. No, I'm not wasting more time contacting patient liason, there's enough information here.
