(as a service user),

I was in Forth Valley Hospital this morning for a colonoscopy and I have to say that it went very well. The staff were so efficient, I was taken very speedily. 

As for the staff, they all seemed to be a very happy and dedicated bunch of people.

Yes, the procedure went very well, no complaints at all. I was brought round from the mild anaesthetic and allowed to go home with my family. I have to say, the whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, five out of five. From the nurses right down to the surgeon, a very pleasant experience

We appreciate that attending for an endoscopy procedure can be an anxious time for people. Staff within the department do work hard to try and ensure a high level of care is provided. It is good to read that you found staff to be efficient and dedicated. I am also glad to read that your procedure went well.
