"An absolutely outstanding practice "

This is by far the best practice I have ever been at in the UK - having lived in different places in England and Scotland. The doctors are knowledgeable, listen well to the patients and are always able to proficient expected level of care as well as manage our expectations. We feel always reassured after talking to them. The practice is well organised and it is always possible to have an appointment at a manageable time. The administrative staff are professional, organised and always eager to help. Nurses in the practise have outstanding skills and experience - it is great to be cared by them. The way the practice deals with small children is really excellent: there is always time to see a small child or baby and the doctors encourage us to return even after a coke of days if we still worry about the little ones. Doctors are excellent at taking us through options available for our care and to keep us involved. This practice is exemplary, inclusive and a great example of what NHS surgeries should all be like.
