"Very thorough investigation"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Following recommendation by GP to visit Emergency Care with tightness in chest, I was seen by Triage and given ECG promptly.

Once established that there was no immediate cause for alarm, other tests were carried out including repeat blood pressure after an interval to confirm this. All staff were very pleasant and thorough and finally the doctor took plenty of time to explain findings which was very reassuring in this instance, despite the pressure on her time as it became obvious while waiting there were more urgent cases which I would expect to take precedence.
