As I work, I find when I need to see a doctor its impossible, been trying since September to see someone without success, being told to phone at 8.15 the following day all the time is no help to me whatsoever as I cannot leave my place of work with just cause, been told today no appointment available until 9/12! Really use to love this surgery, but over the past 5 years it seems to have gone down hill, as a worker I feel I'm constantly overlooked, this is just my veiw

Thank you for your comments but I am mystified to read you have been waiting since September for a Doctors Appointment.

Im not sure if you are aware that we offer on a Walk-in Service early morning from 08.15-10.00am, on the day appointments that we open from 08.15am. We also provide Extended Hours Access Services Mon/Tues and Thurs 18.30-20.30, these hours have just recently been reduced and were offered 6 days a week,and finally we offer On-line appointments to all our patients. Obviously if you are trying to book an appointment outside of our core hours (After 18.30) then yes there may be issues. If you would like to contact me I am happy to discuss our services with you.
